Natural ways of curing Stretch Marks

Stretch marks can appears by either a recent weight gain, or are recovering from post-pregnancy weight, stretch marks tend to pop up because your skin is stretching beyond what its fibres can handle.

You can cure stretch marks (fade and disappear) naturally by using the following;

Warm olive oil

This restores blood circulation causing marks to fade. 

  • ​ â€‹â€‹â€‹Your skin will soften, and when it softens, it expands, and, in general, goes with the punches more easily. Future ones will be less likely, too!

Shea butter

Shea Butter is naturally rich in Vitamins A, E, and F, also has some number of other vitamins and minerals.

Vitamins A and E help to soothe, hydrate, and balance the skin. Also they provide skin collagen which helps with stretch marks, along with wrinkles and other signs of ageing.


Vitamin F contains essential fatty acids, and helps protect and revitalize damaged skin and hair. Shea Butter is an intense moisturiser for dry skin, and is a wonderful product for revitalizing dull or dry skin on the body or scalp.  

Also to stop the stretch marks from occur, you can use shea butter  at the start of your pregnancy, before the skin has begin to stretch at all.

You need to massage the fleshy pulp, or gel, of aloe vera on stretch marks can help to tone and firm-up the skin. There are enzymes in aloe vera which promote the removal of damaged tissues while keeping healthy skin hydrated.

Almond oil

Almond oil is quite effective and prevents tissue damage/treating stretch marks. Apart from its high Vitamin E content, Almond oil serves to moisturize the affected areas. Vitamin E adds to the development of elastin and collagen content of the skin, hence can ease the stretch marks.
